Bond, Quella Brut Zero but it's out of sortsThe 2015 Quella has developed beautifully since I last tasted it. Macerated cherry, new leather, spice, coffee and espresso are some of the notes that grace this complex, wonderfully nuanced Quella. Aromatically open and quite soft, the 2015 is in the first plateau of maturity. What a gorgeous wine it is.
