A handy spray rather than a dropper, which makes administration easier, particularly for senior patients. Directions and ingredients Adults: 1 2 squirts per nostril 2 3 times daily. Children from 4 under 12 years: 1 squirt per nostril twice daily as required. Not recommended for children under 4 years of age, unless advised by a healthcare practitioner.
