The aromas accelerate slowly and grow evenly in power and intensity after a few quick swirls of the glass

Bitouzet Prieur, Volnay Aussy Vintage:2021 This isn’t a classic exampleA slightly more elegant and somewhat higher toned nose of the essence of red cherry isn't quite as spicy but is even more layered. The refined and almost delicate flavors don't lack for punch and particularly so on the stony and bitter pit fruit suffused finish. Note that this is sufficiently compact that it's going to need at least five years first. Worth considering.
