Unused back but a pencil written note that the artist was Miles Rehrig of Lehighton

There is a small loss to the trim on the bottom right corner of the frame--no real matter

I know that he was pulled out of an old estate in Deerfield, NH just the other day, right in time for me to find him! 10 1 8" t x 6" w x 5" d and in good, sturdy shape, with no losses, just nice wear and softening to the blue paint, c. 1940s I would think.
