The quite finely detailed flavors possess a lovely sense of tension and minerality though note the same level of complexity as the best in the range

As is often the case this is easily the most floral inflected nose in the range, and this includes the Clos Sorbs, with its lavender, lilac, violet, red and white rose, dark cherry and earth suffused aromas. There is fine intensity and detail to the medium bodied flavors that display ample minerality on the delicious and balanced finale. I was surprised though by the absence of the usual excellent complexity
