I believe it is 1930s Zanesville (typically unmarked) though am not 100% certain

Photo measures 6 3/8" x 6 1/4"

as if all on the cusp of being washed away

This is one of two photos found together, each capturing a moment from a different match, between navy sailors, WW2, I believe. Captured in motion, beautifully framed, with wonderful expressions on the faces of the crew watching closely. 5 1 8" x
