Chateau Le Puy "Emilien", 2017 Washington aged 10 months in French11th generation estate. Unique red clay soil. Biodynamic since inception. Mostly Merlot, with Cabernet Franc Fermented in concrete vat, 2 3 weeks with indigenous yeasts. Aged 12 months in century old 50 HL barrel, followed by 12 months in 228L barrel (no new wood).
