Tentative Decisions: Demos & Live 3CD Sia Watch the characters from theTalking Heads members Chris Frantz and David Byrne met as students at Rhode Island School of Design, and made music in their college band called The Artistics. In the spring semester of 1974, the band gathered in Frantzs Benefit Street apartment to record a demo tape.
