With a yellow underside, I believe it is Zanesville, and would guess 1920s 30s. There is a big fat glaze drip on one side, just the sort of irregularity that adds to my love of these sorts of pieces. 4 1 2" in diameter, 2" tall. In very good condition, with no chips or cracks.
