A little paint loss and a bit of minor flaking but stable and structure is very sound

though would be easily taken apart

Taller than a walking stick, and with a dramatic crook, I would call this a staff and have to think it had a ceremonial function surely wielded by an Odd Fellows Grand Master as an object of power, and seems quite an effective one for keeping the flock in line!
