Antique Tin Bird Whistle in (Some) Original Paint with Old Wooden Base, Working round lidded basket I think it would feelThis is an early one, late 19th c early 20th c. I believe, retaining some of its original paint and still whistling perfectly. With a wooden mouth piece at the end of the tail feathers, beak open to emit the sound, and a sweet round of wood for the base, which its stands on with wire legs. A perfect one to perch somewhere and use for summoning everyone to dinner! 4 7 8" t x 2 15 16" w x 1 7 16" diameter at base. Good condition, sound and standing
