Holland Thread Company was a prominent American manufacturer of silk sewing thread and machine twist, notably occupying the Kitson Woolen Mill in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania from 1928 to 1978 not far from where I found this. The location of mills in Stroudsburg are noted on one panel here, which makes me believe this
