Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a central inscription of HERMANN GRING in silver grey machine embroidery, the reverse featuring a black cotton liner, unmarked, measuring 4 cm (w) x 46. 5 cm (l), in unissued and mint condition.
