A South Atlantic Campaign Miniature Medal, with Named Carton United Republic of 1885 in HarrogateIn cupro nickel, the obverse bearing the crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, the reverse bearing the Falkland Islands' coat of arms, 19 mm in diameter, on ribbon, extremely fine condition. Original cardboard carton is attributed to MNE1 C. R. Bowden P035198E RM on the exterior. Footnote: The South Atlantic Medal was awarded to British military personnel and civilians for service in the Falklands War of 1982 between the United Kingdom and Argentina.
