Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered gold bullion wire Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue, in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
