German Cross In Gold Hold Royal EngineersIn silvered and gilded tombac, excellent quality with fine crisp details, in mint condition; in case of issue. Top quality award. These (denazified) awards were issued by the Federal Republic of Germany in 1957 for Veterans wear (as WWII awards were not allowed for wear) and awarded only to the German Veterans entitled to such awards during the War; production of these awards ceased in 1986.
