Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a Weimar style German national eagle, circumscribed by an inscription of DER REGIERUNGSPRAESIDENT TRIER, the reverse with a plain shield, within an oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 98 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
