Germany, Wehrmacht. A Eastern Volunteer’s M42 Overseas Cap Newly Listed on suspension bar ready for(Wehrmacht Schiffchen M42 fr Freiwillige Osttruppen). A well preserved Wehrmacht M42 overseas cap issued to an Eastern volunteer, constructed of field grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls, scalloped toward the front, providing optional ear and neck protection to the wearer. When not in use the panels are rolled up and secured in place at the front with two pebbled magnetic metal buttons which emanate from the right side and
