The Military Order Of William GTRexclude BWM experiencing plating wearGrand Cross star, in silver, with gold and enameled center, 79mm. Hallmarks on the pin and catch (wild boar? s head), circa 1830. Of fine quality manufacture, slight enamel flake on right arm, light contact marks, nearly extremely fine and extremely rare. Ex collection of Dr. W. F. Bax, Jacques Schulman catalogue 1962, lot #810.
