Both the set and this edition were limited to 1000 copies. (The Sky Doll Coffret was intended to include all three tomes and coincide with the celebratory release of the long awaited third tome, but the deadline for Tome 3 came and went and eventually the Sky Doll Coffret was released in 2005 without Tome 3 and a styrofoam placeholder where Tome 3
