Consisting of a faceted multiple rayed eight pointed star constructed of silver, obverse superposing by an enameled red four armed cross in silver gilt featuring a central silver gilded anchor, with surmounted enameled red period Spanish royal crown and a clasp, the reverse with central pin assembly and dual stays, measuring 87. 80 mm (w)
