Constructed of of gilded brass, consisting of a converted national flag pole finial in the form of a ribbed mobile swastika situated within an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, surrounding by a teardrop shaped border, in turn culminating in a German national eagle with wings outstretched, emanating from a hollow pedestal formerly connecting to a pole, now riveted to an ornamental scalloped base for display on a desk or other flat
