A Royal Canadian Air Force Group Captain Officer's Cap consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac October 13This fine quality peaked cap is the reinforced "stiff" top issue, the body of the cap fabricated from a grayish blue wool cotton blend, the classic high peak, wide black band around its circumference, which was designed to support the RCAF insignia at the front as evidenced by the two strands of black threading, however, the insignia has come away from the cap but is included. The cap badge insignia has a King's crown in rolled silvered and gold
