Bulgaria, Kingdom. An Order of Military Merit, V Class with Crown consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac adhered to a round brass( ). Instituted May 18, 1900, by Ferdinand I. Type 1. Multi piece construction, in silver, cross in red enamel with two crossed swords, obverse centre shows Bulgarian flag, reverse centre shows crowned lion surrounded by a ring in green enamel with the inscription , measures 47. 8mm (w) x 74. 7 mm (h inclusive of crown suspension), on original striped triangular ribbon, very fine condition.
