In bronze, the obverse presenting the crowned cipher of Wilhelm IV with in two lines below, the reverse bears the inscription 1818 20. I 1843 legend within a wreath, measures 33. 3 mm (w) x 38. 7 mm (h), worn on a small section of ribbon bearing slight discoloration and wear, in very fine condition.
