OEC Saturnalia Quad smoked-beer India Pale Ale with flakedBelgian Quadrupel 10. 2% ABV Commercial Description: Saturnalia is our interpretation of a Belgian Trappist style Quad. It is brewed using authentic Belgian Pilsner, Pale ale, Special B, and Cara malts. It is hopped with Loral & Styrian Golding in the boil to balance out the massive malt body. Finally the beer undergoes a warm fermentation using a classic Belgian Trappist yeast strain. Initial release 12 9 22.
