'Britannia congratulating the Right Hon Brass Crosby, Esq, Lord Mayor and Mr Alderman Oliver, on their Releasement from the Tower, at the rising of Parliament May 8 1771'. Britannia, followed by Aldermen, greeting Crosby and Oliver outside the Tower of London, with verses beneath. Crosby and Oliver clashed with Parliament over the publication of parliamentary debates.
