It builds and builds to a finish of great grippy succulence with amazingly complex spice notes along with a great crunchy mineral intensity and a fabulous floral lift
Each cuvée will vary depending on the 'vintage' of the tea harvest in India as well as the fluctuations in the weather on both sides of the Atlantic
