Chibu is made from about 20 different grape varieties ( 80% red and 20% white) coming from a 60 years old vineyard

the grapes are a mix of many indigenous varieties and some red PiWis

The Gelber Muskateller vom Opok by Muster is a fresh and light version of this grape variety

A couple of days of skin contact to obtain this beautiful intense colour and a lovely earthy character

The result is a balanced red wine with some acidity and mild tannins

Pét Naturel Rosé NV Fruity & Aromatic Chibu is made from aboutPt Naturel Ros by Schdl is similar in style to the Pet Nat white but in addition it has some extra fruitiness. Not only summery notes like lime and red currant but also raspberry and strawberry, such a balanced and elegant sparkling.
