There is lovely apricot aroma and a hint of smokiness too

it has lots of cherry and raspberry notes

which grows on the rich local clay soil (known in the area as Opok soil)

Milder in acidity, balanced and complex. It is an elegant Crmant, light bready and creamy with some gentle raspberry notes.
