Germany, Heer. A Gebirgsjäger Officer’s Service Tunic, To Dr. Alfred Horstkotte, By Armeemarinehaus, C.1943 Auction piloted by R-83930 Leading Aircraftman(Heer Gebirgsjger Waffenrock). A German Heer (Army) Gebirgsjger (Mountain Troop) service tunic, constructed of field grey wool rayon blend, presenting single breasted with two pleated patch breast pockets and two diagonally angled slash hip pockets, all with scalloped button down flaps, displaying a total of twelve field grey metal buttons, six arranged down the front of the tunic, meeting an equal number of reinforced buttonholes, with one to each
