Old Hickory Chef's Knife -- "Grade B" Featured A sturdy universal heel plateA good, basic chef's knife in 1075 high carbon steel. A revival of a classic from the Old Hickory line, by popular demand! This example was marked a second and lacks the usual retail hang packaging, though we aren't entirely sure why it was. While it has a few minor flaws, none of them are major enough to fall outside of the usual factory standard for the product. If selecting the Special Grade option we will thin and refine the factory edge.
