The 2019 cuve incorporates dark and blonde mixed fermentation farmhouse ales aged in French and American oak barrels. For this vintage, we selected an array of red wine and bourbon barrel aged beers which showcased varying levels of color, tannins, age, and acidity to develop a complex blend which was further naturally conditioned and aged in the bottle.
