MADE IN - Tom Colicchio Carbon Steel Fry Pan 9" Cake Pans 71102032010002Long before we collaborated on Fishing Knives and Roasting Pans, Tom mentioned this specific Carbon Steel Frying Pan a lotalmost enough to make us jealous, and definitely enough to make us curious. That led us first to a 3D printer, where we scanned Toms perfect pan, undoing 30 years worth of James Beard Award winning cooking and hard earned seasoning, to finally (re)create Toms Pan, which he purchased from Zabars in the 1980s. Our Carbon Steel
