Natrolite is a member of the Zeolite group, and can usually be found in white needle bursts, somewhat similar to Scolecite, though clear, facetable crystals can be found. It gets its name from 'natron', the Greek for soda in relation to its sodium content. As a mineral, it is used in water purifiers and chemical filters.
