A clasp constructed of die struck, hollow backed metal, fire gilded finish, displaying an embossed circular oak leaf wreath encompassing a vertical anchor, mounted on a section of 2nd Class Iron Cross ribbon, measuring 25 mm in diameter, and in better than extremely fine condition.
