Germany, Imperial. A Pilot’s Badge, Stick Pin Miniature, c. 1930 United Republic of with evidence of catch repair(Flugzeugfhrerabzeichen Anstecknadel). Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, surrounding a central depiction of a monoplane flying over a rural landscape, affixed to a knurled pin, unmarked, measuring 20. 96 mm (w) x 32. 24 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
