A 1938 National Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Silver Grade, By Gustav Brehmer Newly Listed mounted to a trapezoid-shaped suspension(Ehrenzeichen Gausieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1938). Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central white enameled disc, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel overlaid by an enameled HJ insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of GAUSIEGER 1938, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker
