Consisting of a laurel wreath with nine oak leaves on either side, constructed of gilded zink; the obverse with a central downward pointing winged arrow and a static swastika at the base of the wreath; with a 400 hanger suspended from the base of the clasp; the reverse plain, with a horizontal pinback, a sheet metal hinge, and a flat wire catch; measuring 76. 84 mm (w) x 25. 65 mm (h); weighing 16. 3 grams; with
