Constructed of gilt aluminum; the obverse with an oval lightly pebbled field depicting a political national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, surrounded by an open ended wreath tied together at the base via a ribbon; the reverse with a standard catch and double pronged bar; maker marked RZM M4 23 for Franke & Co., Ldenscheid on the reverse; measuring 56 mm; in better than very fine
