Constructed of silver, the exterior bearing a central raised Totenkopf, flanked on each side by bones intertwined with snakes, the interior bearing an illegible silver hallmark and a makers mark of S. M., corresponding to a mens size 11. 25, weighing 4. 2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
