Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, around a white enameled disc bearing a central black enameled mobile swastika, within a ring of red enamel bearing a gilt inscription of NATIONAL SOZIALISTISCHE D.
