Germany, SS. A Rare 5th SS Panzer Division Wiking EM/NCO’s Cuff Title certificate_of_authenticity dated 23 October 1937(Waffen SS rmelband fr Mannschaften der 5. SS Panzer Division "Wiking"). Constructed of black woven rayon, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered silver grey tresses, each composed of seven rows of threading, bearing a central machine embroidered silver grey inscription of WIKING, the reverse bearing a BeVo imitation black and silver checkered pattern, unmarked, measuring 31 mm (w) x 485 mm (l), in unissued
