An Honour Cross For War Merit Document To Leutnant Kurt Seifert, 1917 Hold sputum said to be (illegibleA Saxe Meiningen Honour Cross for War Merit certificate to Leutnant of the reserve in Surveying Detachment 7 with the Supreme Command of Army Group von Below, Kurt Seifert, royal Prussian land surveyor from Meiningen. Awarded by Duke Bernhard on 4 February 1917. Measuring 210 mm (w) x 329 mm (h), presenting two folding creases, light creasing of the bottom edge, and one minor tear, remains very fine.
