An Imperial Russian Reign Of Alexander Iii 1881-1894 Medal Newly Listed a war crime in itselfSilver, 27. 7 mm, edge nicks, bruised, contact marks, missing its ring suspension, fine. Footnote: The medal was established on February 26, 1896 by Tsar Nicholas II, to commemorate the fifty first year of birth of his late father, Tsar Alexander III. The medal was bestowed upon the higher ranks of the Armed Forces, civil servants and of the Clergy, who were on active duty on that date.
