Italy, Kingdom. A Pair of Awards consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac India General Service Medal 18541. Instituted in 1861. In 18 karat gold, cross in white enamel linked with gold rope, obverse centre shows a band with Italian beaded colours, reverse shows Savoy cross imposed on a black eagle with gold background, neck ribbon divided into three bands, very slight chip on reverse left side of crossbar, fine condition.
