A Reich Labour Service (RAD) officers overseas cap, constructed of olive drab wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panelling, the front of which is trimmed with silver aluminum wire piping. The crown is similarly trimmed around the circumference with silver aluminum wire piping, and is flanked on each side by a ventilation hole reinforced with a brown magnetic metal eyelet.
