It shows a Hauptmann (Captain) wearing an Iron Cross (1914) 1st Class and a Wound Badge in Black. His ribbon bar shows several other decorations, the first one undoubtedly being the Iron Cross (1914) 2nd Class, the others however are too small to accurately identify.
