Aged for just over one year in Kentucky Bourbon barrels and sourced from both the Lowlands and Highlands of Jalisco. Emyla is small batch and limited in production to just 850 cases produced using fresh spring water that flows through our distillery. We are a fully sustainable practice of harvesting the agave and is a 100% additive free product. We only use the finest Blue Webber Agave, Wood and Water.
