Constructed of a card stock binding with a faux red leather exterior liner, the cover bearing a gilt NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the interior with 48 paginated interior pages lightly filled with handwritten and stamped entries, named to JOSEPH MORITZ, a Technical Department Leader and resident of Saarbrcken, who was born on 19 March 1893 in Kln, and who joined the NSDAP on 1 November
